What is the patient portal

This is a way for you to ensure your contact information is correct, update your horse's information such as microchip number, breed, etc. If you change any horse information that you would like also changed on his/her coggins you MUST call the office. **Changes made on the portal are useful for our doctors in the field, however are not integrated with Global vet link's coggins platform. Please be aware if you request changes be made to a coggins after blood has been pulled it may incur additional charges.

New to the portal? How do I create an Account

To sign up you must be a current client. Just give the office a call and we will set up an account using your email and one time password. 

Can I pay my bill or view statements?

Yes, in-fact not only can you pay your bill online, but you can view previous invoices, statements and receipts! Saving your credit card for future use is recommended. The card is vaulted in a secure payment system- only the last 4 digits can be seen by staff. This allows for payment to be applied in a timely manner and no missed invoices. If you wish you can also pre-pay for your appointments.

What kind of records are available?

Your clinical summaries from appointments, vaccination certificates, fecal and bloodwork results are all available for your review.
